The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late Eriskine and Grace Hall, Janesville. She graduated from Craig High School in 1994 and received her degree in Psychology from Viterbo University, LaCrosse, in 1998. She is employed by the state of Wisconsin as a police officer at the University of Wisconsin LaCrosse.
Her fiancé is the son of David and Sara Miller, West Salem. He graduated from West Salem High School in 2000 and from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections Prison Academy. He is employed by the LaCrosse County Sheriffs Department.

Lisa Marie Stojak and Adam James Lynch are engaged and planning a July 19 wedding at St. Robert’s Church, Grand Rapids, Mich.
The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jean and Joseph Stojak, Grand Rapids, Mich. She graduated with a degree in economics and English from the University of Michigan in 2003. She is employed by PPM America, Inc. Chicago.
Her fiancé is the son of Susan and Gary Lynch, Janesville. He graduated from Craig High School in 1997 and from the University of Wisconsin, Madison with a finance and risk management degree in 2001. He is employed by FactSet Research Systems, Inc. Chicago.

JANESVILLE—Joanne and Noel Buggs, 544 N. Palm, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner and a trip out west in the fall.
Buggs and Joanne E. Spooner were married April 26, 1958, Janesville. He retired from General Motors, Janesville. She is retired from Parker Pen, Janesville.
Their family includes; Tom Buggs, Kansas City, MO, Sherri and Keith Rogers, Janesville, Noel and Beth Buggs, Jefferson and Todd and Lori Buggs, Milton. They also have 8 grandchildren.
