Maribeth Schiefelbein and Michael Heimann are engaged and planning a Saturday, Nov. 3, wedding at First Presbyterian Church, Waunakee.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Charlean and Adam Payne, Janesville. She graduated from Waunakee High School, Waunakee, in 2010 and is employed as a childcare provider in DeForest.

Her fiancé is the son of Julie and Mike Heimann, Waunakee. He graduated from Waunakee High School, Waunakee, in 2008 and is employed by D&S Dental Lab, Waunakee.

Parsons and Keller

Wedding

Kelli Rae Parsons and Brandon Ray Keller were married Saturday, Sept. 1, at St. John Lutheran Church, Janesville.

Their parents are Janell and Tim Parsons, Hopkinton, Iowa, and Phyllis Keller and Mike Keller, both of Janesville.

Michelle Keller, cousin of the bride, was the matron of honor. Andrew Keller, brother of the groom, was the best man.

The bride graduated from Maquoketa Valley High School, Delhi, Iowa, in 2004 and received a radiography degree from Mercy/St. Luke’s School of Radiology, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 2006. She is employed by William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital, Madison.

The groom graduated from Parker High School, Janesville, and is employed by Iron Workers Local 383, Madison.

The newlyweds reside in Janesville.

Megan Bohn and Christopher Matteson are engaged and planning a Saturday, Dec. 8, wedding at Trinity Lutheran Church, Port Edwards.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Theresa and the Rev. Daniel Bohn, Port Edwards. She graduated from John Edwards High School, Port Edwards, in 2008 and received a degree in aviation management from University of Dubuque in 2012. She is employed by Riverview Medical Center, Wisconsin Rapids.

Her fiancé is the son of Katherine and William Matteson, Janesville. He graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, in 2008 and received a degree in flight operations and aviation management from University of Dubuque in 2012. He is employed by the U.S. Army, Fort Rucker, Ala.

Burnside and Saxe

Wedding

Renee Burnside and Brian Saxe were married Saturday, Aug. 11, at Heidel House Resort & Spa, Green Lake.

Their parents are Debra Burnside and Richard Burnside, both of Janesville, and Mary and Mark Saxe, Janesville.

Laura Brusberg, sister of the groom, was the matron of honor. Matt Davis, friend of the groom, was the best man.

The bride graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, in 2007 and is attending Gateway Technical College for a medical assistant degree.

The groom graduated from Craig High School, Janesville, in 2003 and received a degree in sports and fitness management from UW-Parkside in 2010. He is employed by United Communications, Kenosha.

The newlyweds reside in Kenosha.

JANESVILLE—Margie and Kenneth Enerson celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Oct. 25.

Enerson and Margie Jacobson were married Oct. 25, 1952, in Black River Falls. He is retired from Janesville Auto Transportation. She is retired from Prent, Janesville.

Their family includes the late Dan Enerson and Jim and Dawn Enerson, Paul and Kelly Enerson and Steve and Kim Enerson, all of Janesville. They also have seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Bobbie and Robert Mawhinney will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a private family celebration at their daughter’s home.

Mawhinney and Bobbie Jane Blake were married Nov. 3, 1962, in Janesville. He is retired from JATCO, Janesville. She is a retired homemaker.

Their family includes David Mawhinney, Deanna and Perry Sorenson and Dorraine and Wade Hallett, all of Janesville, and Daniel and Darlene Mawhinney, Oklahoma City. They also have 12 grandchildren.

JANESVILLE—Yvonne Irene and Verne William Shea will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a trip to Ireland.

Shea and Yvonne Irene Riser were married Oct. 20, 1962, in Eyota, Minn. They are both semi-retired from self employment.

Their family includes Victoria Simon, Thornton, Colo.; Kristin and Tom Griffin, Newburgh, Ind., and Karen and Tom Biege, Janesville. They also have 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren

JANESVILLE—Marcella and James Cochrane will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary by taking a trip to Gulf Shores, Ala.

Cochrane and Marcella Seversen were married Oct. 30, 1972, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Janesville. He is retired from Monumental Life Insurance Co. She is retired from Prent, Janesville.

Their family includes Tim and Sandy Seversen, Terry and Jacki Seversen, Mark and Janna Cochrane and Mike Cochrane. They also have five grandchildren.

Anniversary

JANESVILLE—Denise and Rick Larson celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary with a small family celebration. They will take a cruise to the Caribbean in January.

Larson and Denise Nanette Dowell were married Oct. 24, 1987. He is a lieutenant in the Janesville Police Department. She is employed by the Janesville School District’s food service department.

Their family includes Brianna Larson, Milwaukee, and Mallory Larson and McKenzie Larson, both students at UW-Milwaukee.
