- ANDRE E. ARTHUR, 25, of 2016 Kellogg, No. 103, Janesville, at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at K-Mart, 2233 Humes Road, Janesville, on a charge of theft by employee. She is accused of stealing $25 worth of merchandise and $22 in cash.
- BRIAN J. PALUCH, 22, of 1524 E. Racine St., No. 27, Janesville, at 2:20 p.m. Friday at home on charges of burglary and theft. He is accused of burglarizing a home in the 800 block of Kellogg and stealing video games, equipment and cameras valued at more than $900.

- VEHICLE THEFT reported at 3:34 p.m. Friday from a home in the 1500 block of Sylvester St., Janesville. A 2003 Ventura minivan valued at $8,000 was reported stolen.
- ATTEMPTED CREDIT CARD THEFT reported at 1:05 p.m. Friday. A 29-year-old Janesville man told police an unknown person tried to use his credit cards to buy items on the Internet.
