Dive training planned
A car, submerged by this summer's flooding, will help the Janesville Fire and Rock County Sheriff Office's dive teams train.
Sheriff's Lieutenant Gary Groelle says the record flooding showed a need for additional training and equipment.
Divers will be practicing swift water diving and search procedures in the Rock River near Racine Street about 8:30 Thursday morning.
