Local Congresswoman speaks at Democratic Convention

A local representative is partly responsible for crafting the political platform being considered at the Democratic National Convention.

Congresswoman Tammy Baldwin of Madison, who also serves Beloit, tells WCLO's Stan Milam show, as a member of the Democratic Platform Drafting Committee, she's confident they've come up with a compelling theme to restore the "American Dream".

Baldwin will be addressing the convention Tuesday night on the topic of healthcare.
