-- VICTORIA L. MATRICK, 27, of 101 S. Academy St., Janesville, at 3:35 p.m. Saturday on a charge of animal neglect.

-- DIANA L. CAMPBELL, 37, OF 1507 Swallow Lane, Janesville, at 5:10 p.m. Saturday on a charge of battery to an officer at the Rock County Jail.

-- ALIC A. MATTINGLY, 23, no fixed address, at 1:48 a.m. Sunday at 95 Falling Creek Circle, Janesville, on charges of domestic false imprisonment and disorderly conduct while armed.

-- JASON N. SUN, 20, of Chicago at 5:32 p.m. Sunday on a charge of physical abuse to a child. Also on a charge of probation violation.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JONI H. COSGROVE, 48, OF 8231 N. Oakridge Drive, Milton, at 8:36 p.m. June 27 on West Highway 14, west of Burdick Road in Janesville Township. Also ticketed for open intoxicants and an invalid drivers license.

-- WENDY L. ROMACK, 35, of 633 Albion Road, Edgerton, at 2:29 a.m. Friday at North Highway 51 and North Consolidated Road in Edgerton. Also on charges of felony fleeing an officer, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent, resisting an officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia. It was reported as Romack’s second drunken-driving charge.

-- MARY JEAN JIMENKZ, 75, OF 1910 S. Osbourne Ave., Janesville, at 8:54 p.m. Sunday at S. Oakhill and Kellogg avenues in Janesville.

-- THEFT of a blue utility trailer from the 800 block of N. Parker Drive in Janesville at 9 p.m. Saturday.

Accidents

-- COUNTY X EAST OF CARVERS ROCK ROAD, CLINTON TOWNSHIP at 6:24 p.m. Saturday. A motorcycle driven by David J. Hall, 45, Beloit, failed to negotiate a curve and overturned, throwing David and his passenger, Stephanie Hall, 37. Both were transported to Beloit Memorial Hospital. David was transferred to University Hospital in Madison, where he was listed in fair condition Sunday evening. Stephanie’s treated and released. David Hall was arrested on a charge of drunken driving. Neither was wearing a helmet.

Charged

-- VICTOR GARCIA, 17, of 219 N. Marion Ave., Janesville, with three counts of sexual assault of a child younger than 16 and obstructing after police investigated a report of sexual assault to a 14-year-old Janesville girl.
