State Senator Judy Robson of Beloit is filing a complaint against Charter Communications.
Her letter to the head of the State Bureau of Consumer Protection states moving public access channels to the 900 end of the channel line-up makes it more difficult and costly for viewers to find their local stations.
She says Charter is disregarding its obligation to provide public access.
