Janesville City Council to hold first informal listening session Monday

Janesville City Council members plan to host their first informal listening session before Monday's council meeting.

Council President Amy Loasching says the council and citizens will be talking "pretty informally" about issues. She says if there are items citizens would like to see on future agendas, they can bring them forward at the listening session. Citizens may stay for the entire session or come and go as their schedule allows. The session starts at 6PM in the lounge near City Council Chambers.

Although the full council might not participate in the sessions every month, each council member plans to attend this session.
