-- TERRANCE D. JARRETT, 20, of 620 Lincoln St., No. 4, Janesville, on a charge of burglary at 7:10 p.m. Tuesday in the 1300 block of Sharon Street in Janesville.
-- LOUISE M. AGUILAR, 21, of 915 Merrill Ave., Beloit, on a bench warrant charging failure to appear in court on an earlier charge of forgery Tuesday at the Rock County Jail.
-- TWO 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOYS referred to juvenile authorities on charges of negligent handling of burning materials at 7 p.m. Monday at 2216 Hancock Lane, Janesville. They were playing with WD-40 outside of the home at this address, using it as a propellant for a flamethrower when a plastic gas container nearby caught on fire. Janesville firefighters found a small burned area behind the house where siding had to be pulled off. No damage estimates were available.
Intoxicated driving arrests
-- ADAM J. MILLER, 24, of 4326 Woodcrest Drive, No. 204A, Janesville, at 10:27 p.m. Sunday on Highway 14 east of Highway 51 in Janesville Township. It was reported as his second arrest on a drunken-driving charge.
-- SAMUEL S. TIMMONS, 18, of 10802 W. Brandherm Road, Beloit, at 1:24 a.m. Monday on South Merlet Road north of West Brandherm Road in Newark Township. Also ticketed for underage drinking.
-- DEREK MCDOUGALL, 36, of 1324 Church St., Janesville, at 2:03 a.m. Tuesday in the first block of North Main Street in Janesville. It was reported as his third arrest on a drunken-driving charge.
-- JEFFREY S. CATALAN, 32, of 3216 Randolph Road, Apt. C, Janesville, at 2:04 a.m. today Randolph Road and Morningside Drive in Janesville.

-- SEXUAL ASSAULT reported June 9 to a 13-year-old girl from Hartford who had visited Janesville earlier. Police suspect a 16-year-old Janesville boy in the case.
-- BURGLARY to an enclosed porch in the 700 block of Thomas Street in Janesville reported Tuesday. Reported stolen were two pairs of shoes valued at $40.
-- GANG GRAFFITI reported Tuesday to the Big Rock at Monterey Park in Janesville and three bicycle trail signs. Damage estimate not reported.
-- BURGLARY to a residence in the 300 block of Rockport Road in Janesville reported May 27. Reported stolen were jewelry, prescription medication and coins, total value $1,010.
-- THEFT of a 2000 Ford Explorer valued at $7,000 from the 100 block of Falling Creek Circle in Janesville reported Monday.

-- KATHRYN E. STAACK, 22, of 3323 Mt. Zion Ave., No. 5, Janesville, with burglary and misdemeanor theft in connection with the theft of prescription drugs May 30 from a Janesville apartment.
-- MICHAEL G. KLEINSCHMIDT, 29, of 1119 Mineral Point Ave., lower apartment, with felony intimidation of a witness, criminal damage and disorderly conduct, all as domestic abuse incidents, after an altercation June 7 at his home.
-- SHANE P. RINGHAND, 35, of 7216 Highway 104, Evansville, with substantial battery after an incident June 8 at the Night Owl tavern in Evansville after which another man needed 10 stitches to close facial cuts.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- AARON L. FRAYER, 40, Brodhead, at 2:36 a.m. June 10, in the 1000 block of 25th Street, Brodhead. He also was arrested on charges of driving after revocation-second offense, open intoxicants in the vehicle as a driver and possession of marijuana.
