Japanese leaders study Mercy Hospital
JANESVILLE A group of Japanese physicians, nurses and administrators from the Health Care Management Reform Program in Tokyo were scheduled to visit Mercy Hospital today to learn how Mercy Health System became a recipient of the 2007 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
The Health Care Management Reform Program recognizes Mercy as a quality health care organization and requested a seminar to learn what it takes to create, implement and sustain a quality program.
Mercy’s knowledge sharing days provide behind-the-scenes access to tour and study an integrated health care system.
