--RYAN C. MONTCALM, 20, of 418 Harding St. Unit C, Janesville, at 1:39 a.m. Friday on a charge of driving a stolen vehicle.
--A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY was referred to authorities at 10 a.m. Friday at Craig High School, 401 S. Randall Ave., Janesville, on charges of attempted burglary and criminal damage to property. A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE GIRL was also referred to authorities on charges of party to a crime of burglary and theft.
