Arrests

-- ANDREA M. HALL, 33, of 1804 Beloit Ave., Janesville, at 9 p.m. Friday at the Janesville Police Department on a charge of possession of cocaine base with intent to deliver and two charges of possession of a controlled substance.

-- TAZIA D. MILLS, 34, of 1609 S. River Road, Janesville, and A 16-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY at 3:33 p.m. Saturday on Interstate 90/39 westbound at mile marker 150 in Dane County both on charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent.

-- KEVIN L. ALT, 34, of 4818 Highway 14, Janesville, at 9 p.m. Saturday at 2233 Humes Road, Janesville, on charges of possession with intent to deliver, violating parole and two charges of manufacturing or delivering cocaine.

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- TAMMY J. GARBER, 45, of 1331 Joliet St., Janesville, at 11:10 p.m. Friday at Center Avenue and Delavan Drive, Janesville. Garber was arrested after the SUV she was driving rear-ended a car driven by Sherry L. Schroeder, 29, of 2009 King St., Janesville.

-- JOURNEE R. WEATHERS, 28, of 1276 Prairie Ave., Beloit, at 12:50 p.m. Friday at 6501 S. Highway 51, Janesville. The arrest was listed as Weathers’ second on a drunken-driving charge.

-- JACOB W. HERBECK, 21, of 1208 N. Washington St., Janesville, at 3:40 p.m. Sunday at Washington Street and Barham Avenue.

-- ANTHONY J. GARCIA, 31, of 723 E. Centerway, Janesville, at 3:45 p.m. Sunday at 1208 N. Washington St., Janesville. The arrest was listed as Garcia’s third on a drunken-driving charge. Garcia also was charged with resisting arrest and violating parole.

Reported

-- STRONG ARM ROBBERY at 4:36 p.m. March 20 at 6219 S. Highway 51, Janesville. The victim reported that an unknown male grabbed the chain on the victim's wallet, wrestled the victim to the ground and ran off with the wallet. No arrests have been made at this time.

Fire

-- CAR FIRE at County N and Highway 59, Milton Township, at 6:32 p.m. Sunday. A 2001 Nissan Sentra driven by Si Yao Pan, 18, Verona, was attempting to turn left onto County N at an "unreasonable speed" and struck a rock retaining wall, according to the Rock County Sheriff’s Department. The car flipped onto its roof and caught on fire. The car was determined a total loss, and no one was injured. Authorities continue to investigate.

Green County

Intoxicated driving arrests

-- JOHN R. COOPER, 42, Brodhead, at 12:43 p.m. Saturday in the 1000 block of East Second Avenue, Brodhead. He also was cited for driving after revocation and unsafe lane deviation.

-- DERECK C. SULLIVAN, 23, Brodhead, at 11:34 p.m. Saturday in the 2400 block of First Center Avenue, Brodhead.
