— A 3-year-old Brodhead girl was pronounced dead Monday at University Hospital in Madison after suffering a brain aneurysm while riding her bike.

Isabella Ann Albritton, 3, was found outdoors in the 1400 block of West Third Street about 3:15 p.m. Monday.

Brodhead Police Chief Tom Moczynski said the child was treated at the scene before being transported to Mercy Hospital in Janesville and then flown by helicopter to Madison.

Green County Deputy Coroner Kris Hasse said an autopsy showed she died of a brain aneurysm.

is for children. This is a family who lost there child. My heart goes out to the family. I know how difficult this is. I lost my mother 4 years ago to a brain aneurysm. It is still hard to deal with.

I hope the family can find a good suppost group. It puts a strain on a family.
My deepest simpathies.
