The case of a 21-year-old Janesville man accused of robbery and rape will have to wait a little while longer.

Kenneth Jarrett has a new attorney, and during a status conference in Rock County Court Tuesday afternoon, Joshua Klaff asked for more time to prepare the case. Jarrett is charged with first degree sexual assault and armed robbery in connection with an incident after a Parker High School Homecoming football game last September.

The next court date on these charges is set for August 14th.
