A Janesville man accused of murdering Danyetta Lentz and her two teenage children in January 2007 is back in court this week.
49-year-old James Koepp faces three counts of first degree intentional homicide. The case appears before Rock County Judge Alan Bates on both Tuesday and Wednesday for motion hearings. Bates previously denied multiple motions from the defense to dismiss the case.
Koepp is currently serving a sentence at Columbia Correctional Institution.
