A motion hearing for a Rock County triple homicide case continues Wednesday.
The defense for 49-year-old James Koepp spent about three hours in court Tuesday working to support a motion to dismiss three charges of first degree intentional homicide. The defense called in a forensic scientist from the State Crime Lab to testify about the amount and quality of evidence collected before the crime scene was destroyed. The crime scene was the mobile home where Danyetta Lentz and her two teenage children were murdered in January 2007.
The defense claims there could have been evidence destroyed with the home.
