— A Lake Geneva woman is accused of choking and stabbing her brother and cutting her mother during a fight.

Tamara A. Gonzalez, 32, of 3169 West Drive, Lake Geneva, attacked her brother Saturday. She grabbed his throat and choked him and then lunged at him with a kitchen knife, stabbing him in the forearm, according to the criminal complaint.

Gonzalez’s brother suffered a three-inch cut to his right forearm, strangle marks on his neck and scratch marks on his face.

Gonzalez’s mother told police she heard yelling and went upstairs, where she saw Gonzalez and her brother fighting. Gonzalez’s mother told police she tried to break up the fight, but when Gonzalez lunged at her brother with the knife, she also cut her mother, according to the complaint.

Gonzalez’s mother suffered a one-inch cut.

Gonzalez is charged with two counts each of second-degree reckless endangerment and misdemeanor battery and one count of disorderly conduct.

She is scheduled to appear in court today.

The sad thing is she will probably have enough money to get out of it.

scary. I grew up there, but we went there as "tourists" a couple months ago - TOTALLY different place than when I moved away. And not in a good way.
