Treading water, after a financially devastating year caused by early summer flooding in Janesville, the Rock Aqua Jays are hoping their Halloween "Fright Factory" fundraiser can bail them out.
Rock Aqua Jays Vice President Dave Williams says every show this year was cancelled because of flooding. The Rock Aqua Jays lost as much as $100,000 in donations and sponsorships. The "Fright Factory" opens Friday October 3rd at the corner of Hyatt and Harding streets in Janesville.
