Janesville commemorates POW and MIA soldiers Friday.
Event organizer John Kettle says one of the highlights of the Remembrance Day Ceremony is a mother-son reading, which is a conversation between and mother and her son who is a POW in Vietnam. The ceremony's guest speaker is an ex-POW from World War II who was captured at the Battle of the Bulge.
The ceremony starts at 6:00pm at the Youth Sports Complex on Wuthering Hills Drive.
