A jury could come from another county for the trial of the man accused of killing Danyetta, Nicole and Scott Lentz in their mobile home south of Janesville in 2007.

Rock County District Attorney David O'Leary says he hasn't seen a case where he couldn't find an impartial jury from Rock County. 50-year-old James Koepp appeared in Rock County Court Wednesday afternoon for a motions hearing. O'Leary wants more detailed information about DNA evidence analyzed by an expert hired by the defense. O'Leary also wants Koepp's conviction in Dane County and two previous incidents in Janesville to be admissible to show plan, motive and intent.

Koepp's trial could be in October or in January, depending when the DNA experts have their conclusions ready.

Both sides agree a jury should be sequestered.

May 6 is the deadline for responses from the prosecution and defense on issues raised at Wednesday's hearing.
