US Senator Herb Kohl plans to speak with Janesville Rotary members Monday.

Meetings and protests about health care reform have drawn a bit of attention in recent days, and that's the topic Kohl plans to tackle as he makes a stop at Rotary Botanical Gardens Monday. Kohl is also scheduled to discuss federal funding in the FY10 Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education Appropriations Bill for Blackhawk Technical College. That funding would provide tuition and books so workers in Rock County can train for new careers.

He is scheduled to speak at noon.
