Milton teen charged with raping girl
JANESVILLE — An 18-year-old Milton man has been charged with raping a teen girl.
Zachary H. Fry, 18, of 9837 N. Clear Lake Ave., Milton, was charged Thursday in Rock County Court with sexual assault of a child between 13 and 15 years of age. The girl told police she and a friend were given a ride by Fry and another person to a home on Madison Avenue in Milton on Jan. 24, according to the criminal complaint. At the home, Fry forced her onto a bed and assaulted her despite her refusal, according to the complaint.
Fry is free on a signature bond with the conditions that he not have contact with the girl and observe a curfew between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison and a $100,000 fine.
His next scheduled court appearance is 1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 11.
