Anyone with information about weekend robberies in Delavan and Williams Bay can call the Delavan Police Department at (262) 728-6311 or the Williams Bay Police Department at (262) 245-2710.

Police believe weekend robberies in Delavan and Williams Bay could be connected to string of April armed robberies in Lake Geneva and northern Illinois.

Delavan police were called to Domino's Pizza, 1823 E. Geneva St., at 11:40 p.m. Friday. A masked man entered the business through the rear door, displayed a handgun and demanded money.

The man fled on foot and made off with an undetermined amount of money.

The robber is described as a black male in his late teens to early 20s, 5 feet 11 inches to 6 feet 2 inches tall and about 150 pounds. He was wearing blue jeans, a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, black tennis shoes with white laces and black gloves. He also wore a camouflage bandana covering his face.

Williams Bay police were called to Citgo, 156 Elkhorn Road, at 9:59 p.m. Saturday. A masked man entered the gas station, displayed a gun and demanded money.

The man fled on foot and was last seen heading south on Walworth Avenue, where he might have had a vehicle parked. He made off with an unknown amount of money.

The robber was wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a bandana covering his face.

Police believe the robberies over the weekend could be connected to string of late April armed robberies in Lake Geneva and northern Illinois.

Police investigating the April robberies said they believe the incidents are connected because all happened in the late-night or early morning hours, involved suspects displaying handguns and demanding money and involved suspects wearing dark-colored hooded sweatshirts and sunglasses or bandanas covering their faces.
