Paul R. Nelson, 66, Elkhorn, died Friday at his home. Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Sugar Creek Lutheran Church, Elkhorn. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Home, Elkhorn.
