— An Evansville man accused of having sex with two Evansville teens faces three felony charges stemming from his relationship with the girls.

David L. Ferris, 19, of 120 College Drive, No. 24, Evansville, was charged with two counts of sexual assault of a child under 16 and one count of exposing a child to harmful descriptions.

Ferris appeared in Rock County Court on Tuesday and was released on a signature bond.

Ferris was in a sexual relationship with both girls, according to the criminal complaint, and he had "text sex" with one of the girls.

The "text sex" involved sending sexually explicit text messages, according to the criminal complaint.

except it is much easier to trace a text than a heavy breather. Cell phones have a much more traceable paper trail.

R U serious? Text sex??? We used to call it "heavy breathing" on a phone. So now everyone has cell phones, so the deviant ones use what ever media is available.
