Beloit police say they're making progress in a three month old drive-by shooting death.

Beloit Police Captain Bill Tyler says a 20-year old has been arrested on charges related to the death of 18-year-old Joseph Debuque. Debuque was killed by gunfire in the afternoon of February 8th, while sitting in a car at the intersection of Sixth Street and Olympian Boulevard. Police say suspects from another car fired repeatedly into Debuque's vehicle.

Angel Servin of Beloit is under arrest.

The family name "Servin" at that addy according to CCAP, has multiple "issues" all on public court records. Multiple offenses for Agustin, Gayle, Lorenzo... This kid was raised by a bunch of losers with criminal records. What do you expect?

With this present case pending, I doubt anyone else is to blame. Of course he won't own up to it. Its not how he's been brought up.

Criminal activity obviously runs in families....
