WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on two projects from the current class of Janesville's Leadership Academy
The latest class of the Janesville Leadership Academy is working to improve the school district's "Breakfast Clubs".
LDA administrator Dan Cunningham with Forward Janesville says the group wants to help the program become sustainable. Cunningham says LDA members had contacted dozens of companies to solicit donations of both food and funds.
The group got the idea when the "Breakfast Clubs" experienced shortages earlier in the year due to growing need.
