District expels student

— The Janesville School Board expelled a high school student Tuesday for suspected drug dealing.

The student is expelled through his or her 21st birthday.

The student was accused of possessing prescription drugs Vicodin and Percocet with intent to deliver and with possession of marijuana, all on school grounds.

This brings to 31 students expelled this year, compared with 36 at this time last year.
