RSS

A Democratic proposal for government run universal health care would include rationed care according to Republican Paul Ryan of Janesville.

The Congressman tells WCLO's Stan Milam Show the "Patients Choice Act" he's proposing would use tax credits to enable consumers to choose, and keep, the health insurance plans they like.

Under the plan, each state would set up health insurance exchanges, which consumers could use tax credits to purchase.
