Kenosha Bradford High School’s girls soccer team showed Janesville Parker why it is the No. 1 seed in the Division 1 Bradford Sectional.

The Red Devils rolled to 5-0 victory over the Vikings in a regional final Saturday at Ameche Field at Kenosha Bradford.

“We had the ball in their end a few times, but we couldn’t find the net,” Parker coach Amy Wargowsky said. “They have an established program, and they always seem to find the open person.’’

Bradford (17-4-1), ranked sixth in the final Wisconsin Soccer Coaches Association poll, will hosts Milton (15-3-2) in a sectional semfinal Thursday at Ameche Field. Parker finished 8-13-2 overall.

The Red Devils’ coach is Janesville Craig graduate Tonya (Perkins) Wojcieowicz.

“We were bucking a strong wind in the first half. I said, ‘If we can get out of the first half down no more than 1-0, we’ll have the wind to our back and have a chance.’
