Intoxicated driving arrests
-- SAMUEL D. JACOBUS, 46, of 4220 Ruger Ave., Janesville, at 5:55 p.m. Sunday on the eastbound ramp from Highway 14 to Interstate 90/39.
-- EUGENE D. HARP, 40, of 121 Crawford St., Beloit, at 2:25 a.m. Friday at the Monroe County Jail, Sparta. He was arrested related to a Sept. 23 incident. It was reported as his third intoxicated-driving arrest.
-- STEVE W. BRUNKOW, 57, of 106 N. Main St., Edgerton, at 9:52 p.m. Friday at Racine Street and High Street, Janesville. It was reported as his fourth intoxicated-driving arrest. He also was cited for driving with a revoked license, driving left of center and deviation from designated lane.

-- BURGLARY reported at 9:06 p.m. Sunday in the 900 block of North Wright Road, Janesville. A laptop computer, Wii console, Guitar Hero controller and games worth a total of $2,000 were reported stolen.
-- BURGLARY reported at 8:26 a.m. Nov. 5 at Robert Hallett Movers, 4814 S. Highway 51, Janesville.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY H NORTH OF CHERRYWOOD DRIVE, HARMONY TOWNSHIP, at 1:56 p.m. Nov. 7. A motorcycle driven by Scott L. McGuire, 38, Waukesha, took a curve wide and crashed into an oncoming pickup truck driven by Brittany A. Wethal, 15, Oregon. McGuire was treated and released at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. He was wearing a helmet. He was cited for driving left of center.
-- COUNTY O AND COUNTY J, CLINTON TOWNSHIP, at 9:05 a.m. Thursday. A car driven by Mandy J. Sokolik, 30, South Beloit, Ill., experienced brake failure and struck the back of a pickup truck driven by Francis M. Moench, 61, 1408 Ravine St., Janesville, as the pickup was stopped at a stop sign. Sokolik was treated and released at Mercy Hospital, Janesville. Moench was cited for defective brakes.

Intoxicated driving arrests
-- MIGUEL A. MORALES, 19, of 310 S. Janesville St., Whitewater, on Saturday in the 300 block of West Center Street, Whitewater. Also ticketed for operating after revocation.
-- ALLEN C. HICKS, 60, N793 Highway 89, Whitewater, on Thursday on West Main Street, Whitewater. Also ticketed for hit and run to an unattended vehicle.
