Walworth County fatal crash victim named

ELKHORN — Officials on Wednesday released the name of the third of three people killed in car crashes in Walworth County on Sunday night and early Monday morning.

"It's not unusual that we all get called at the same time," Walworth County Coroner John Griebel said.

"It's rare, but it happens. "But to have three automotive crashes in one evening is very unusual."

Bonnie Congemi, 68, of Mukwonago died before her vehicle crashed into a tree in Geneva Township at about 12:10 a.m. Monday. Her vehicle, traveling on County H, went through a stop sign at Springfield Road and struck a tree, Griebel said

Congemi had several medical conditions, but Griebel said he could not disclose details.
