Sheriff's Sergeant serving in Iraq to get care package

WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on plans by Sheriff's office staff to support member serving in Iraq

Members of the Rock County Sheriff's Office have been collecting items to send Sheriff's Sergeant Dale Beyer, who's an MP in the Wisconsin National Guard 32nd Brigade Combat Team.

Sheriff's Administrative Secretary Jane Colby is spearheading the effort. She says five boxes of items including candy, snacks, and games have been collected.

She says they heard the troops appreciated many items we take for granted, especially spicy snacks.
