WCLO's Stan Stricker reports on plans for Rock County Sheriff's Office to add patrols for local high school homecoming celebrations.
Rock County Sheriff's deputies will be out in force again this homecoming season.
The sheriff's office has increased patrols during homecoming the last couple of years. Sheriff's Commander Troy Knudson says the number of fatality accidents are down, and hopes the increased patrols keep up the trend. He says a cooperative effort between law enforcement, schools, and parents appears to be paying off.
He says even the number of traffic citations are down.
