Badger rushes past Whitnall

Trevor York and Kyle Poplar each scored two rushing touchdowns to lead Lake Geneva Badger past Whitnall, 47-35, in a Division 2 playoff opener.

York scored on runs of nine and seven yards and finished with 178 yards rushing on 19 carries. Poplar had TD runs of seven and one yards and finished with 117 yards on 12 carries.

John Leibforth added a 14-yard scoring run and gained 96 yards on 20 carries as the Badgers finished with 448 yards on 60 carries.
