Janesville Police K9 featured on national magazine

The Janesville Police Department is featured in another national law enforcement trade magazine.

Janesville Police K9 Karo and his handler Officer Glen Hageman are featured on the cover of the latest issue of "Police K9" magazine. The photo shows Officer Hageman repelling down a wall with K9 Karo strapped to him. Police Chief David Moore says the national exposure was a surprise for everyone, adding it speaks well of the level of training at the department.

Also this month, the design of the police department's new squad cars is featured in "Law and Order" magazine.
