Energy Assessment sign-up deadline approaches

JANESVILLE — There is still time to sign up for a special, low cost energy assessment in Janesville.

Management Analyst, Al Hulick, says over half of the 150 slots available are filled and the deadline is two weeks away. He says there still appears to be interest because his office gets several calls a day asking about the program. He says they might extend the deadline, but the number of slots will not expand past 150.

To be eligible you must live in the city limits, pay a $25 application fee, and own a home built prior to 1970.
