— A game made by Patch Products in Beloit is a nominee for Game of the Year from the Toy Industry Association.

Company spokesperson, Beth Muehlenkamp says they received notification of the nomination for their game "5 Second Rule" by e-mail. She says everyone is very excited because it's the first time a Patch Products company game has received a nomination.

Muehlenkamp says fans of the game and the company can play a role in the outcome of the awards by visiting their web-site, Patch Products and clicking on the link to vote.

The winner will be announced in February at the annual Toy Industry Association awards ceremony in New York.
