The Rock County Sheriff's Office says in the early morning hours Wednesday, a motorist reported a man in a blue Ford Ranger type pick-up pulled him over.

Whoever it is sounds to be dumber than his targets. Who's ever been pulled over in this city by a FORD police PICK-UP with emergency lights IN THE GRILL only?
.
My bet is it's someone who thought it'd be a good laugh... and then didn't bother to think any further. Probably a teenager, but these days you never know.

It was on this mornings news. And a co-worker spotted, what he thinks, to be the same person on the Hwy 11 bypass this morning on his way to work. He called the police and they were going to investigate.

Does the police department own such a vehicle? If not, I think a bigger warning should go out to the public. Post it on the news where everyone will see it. We don't need any crime victims of this person in this day and age. Prevention is key!
