Richard V. Ramsdell, 80, Janesville, died Friday at home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 20, at Schneider Apfel Schneider & Schneider Funeral Home, Janesville. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday, June 19, at the funeral home.
Dale Ann Schmeling, 70, rural Edgerton, died Sunday at home. Arrangements are pending with Whitcomb-Lynch-Albrecht Funeral Home, Milton.

Edna L. Splitter, 84, Edgerton, died Saturday at Edgerton Care Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Edgerton.
