WCLO's Steve Benton reports after a year's absence, the Tallman Festival is back bigger and better

RSS

— After a one year absence, the Tallman Festival is back.

Rock County Historical Society Executive Director, Joel Van Haaften says they already have enough sponsors to break even and will continue looking for more. He says the number of artists committing to attending is already at 30, nearly ten more than last year at this time.

In addition to that, some new things are being planned. Van Haaften says they're putting together some children's activities and it's also looking good for a wine tasting event.

The 53rd Tallman Festival is scheduled for August 8th. Funds collected help pay the day to day expenses of running the Tallman House.
