Building owner cancels Case Feed appeal hearing
JANESVILLE The owner of the former Case Feed building at 922 Rockport Road has cancelled an appeal scheduled before the Janesville Zoning Board of Appeals today.
K. Andreah Briarmoon, the building’s real estate agent, had filed an appeal with the city to allow the owner to reclaim the brick from the building, which was torn down Aug. 31.
The city tore down the building after warning the owner twice over a year’s time that the building would be torn down if the owner didn’t do needed repairs, such as affixing bricks that were falling off the building. The owner is North American Group of Companies. Nadeem Syed is the agent.
After the building was torn down, Briarmoon filed the appeal, forcing the city to stop hauling the debris to the landfill. The hearing was scheduled. City staff gave the owner a deadline to find a contractor to remove the bricks and clean up the site.
Recently, Syed met with city officials and signed a form asking that the appeal be cancelled, City Manager Eric Levitt said Monday.
Syed received a permit on Friday to finish the demolition at the site himself. He also sent an e-mail earlier this month to Gale Price of the community development department and told Price that Briarmoon no longer represents Syed or his company.
Syed was ill and could not be reached Monday at Five Points Grocery & Beverage, where he works.

It is clear KAB saught the Case building listing to further her agenda. Once Syed figured that out, he dumped her. Her failure to succeed at anything in life, is of her own doing....

I watched the Monday night Council Meeting. KAB spoke as a representative of Habitat for Humanity, which she is not. She also pretended to know all about 176 Lincoln Street which is scheduled for demolition. She said no contractor had inspected the foundation and quoted costs of rehabing the home which are not remotely accurate. She pretended to represent Syed in the Case Feed building when in fact she never did. Are the people who defend her beginning to see the pattern here? Councilman Frank Perrotto called her comments "Insulting and Absurd" at the Council Meeting. I think she may be going off the deep end. Time the city issued a restraining order to keep her out of the Municipal Building.

softail, North American Group is a company name that has been used by Syed for about 20 years, according to state records. He would appear to be a naturalized citizen. The company registered address is a Clark station in Fitchburg, which Syed also owns.
.
As to Briarmoon, they all find out in the end. For some, the finding out is more costly than for others.

After her tirade at last night's City Council meeting, this just confirms Briarmoon really doesn't have all of her facts straight once again! She was ranting and raving, as usual, and lo and behold the City had already given the owner a permit to remove the items from the site on Friday! I suppose she would have known that if she "truly" represented the owner, which she doesn't and may not have for quite some time. Love how she twists things to suit her own needs.
