Man faces seventh OWI charge
JANESVILLE — Philip M. Garske, 52, Janesville, was arrested at 7:38 p.m. Sunday at the intersection of Garfield and Clark streets on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence, seventh offense, according to a Wisconsin State Patrol news release.
The vehicle Garske was driving was stopped after the state patrol received several complaints of erratic driving, according to the release.
