Richard L. Harstad, 83, Beloit, died Saturday at home. Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Hansen-Gravitt Funeral Home, Beloit. Visitation will be from noon until the time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
Kenneth W. Kelsch, 83, Janesville, died Tuesday at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville. Arrangements are pending at Schneider Apfel Schneider & Schneider Funeral Home, Janesville.
Elizabeth A. Smith, 84, Linn, died Sunday at home. Services will be at noon Saturday at Saint Benedict’s Catholic Church, Fontana. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of services Saturday at the church. Haase-Derrick-Lockwood Funeral Home, Lake Geneva, is assisting the family.
