Marijuana found during search
JANESVILLE A Janesville man was arrested on several drug charges Monday after investigators found more than 3 pounds of marijuana while searching a home.
Timothy E. Poff, 28, of 6219 S. Highway 51, Lot 135, Janesville, was arrested on charges of possession with intent to deliver marijuana, maintaining a drug trafficking place, drug tax stamp violation and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a Rock County Sheriff's Office news release.
The special investigations unit had a warrant to search the home, according to the sheriff's office, and marijuana and drug paraphernalia were found.
Poff was taken to the Rock County Jail while awaiting his initial court appearance, according to the sheriff's office.
