Accidents
-- COURT STREET AND CENTER AVENUE, JANESVILLE, at 9:50 p.m. Tuesday. A motorcycle driven by Brett A. Andersen, 23, South Beloit, Ill., was eastbound on Court Street in the right-turn lane crossing the railroad tracks. The back tire of the cycle slipped out after crossing the tracks and the bike tipped over. A passenger, Alexa M. Herbeck, 23, 747 Kellogg Ave., No. 6, Janesville, was treated and released at Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville.
