Janesville man faces fourth OWI charge

— A Janesville man has been arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated, fourth offense.

Stanley D. Kanarowski, 30, of 1915 N. Pontiac Drive, Janesville, was stopped for excessive speed and equipment violations at 2 a.m. Sunday in the 1900 block of North Pontiac Drive.

Janesville police officer Todd Radloff determined that Kanarowski also was under the influence of alcohol. A search also revealed a small amount of what was believed to be marijuana.

Kanarowski was arrested on charges of operating while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.18 and possession of marijuana, fourth offense.

Kanarowski is being held at the Rock County Jail.
