After a successful season for Janesville Youth Baseball, the tournament committee is seeking coaches at the eight age levels.

The eight age divisions are 8u, 9u, 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u and 15u.

Interested coaches, who have tournament coaching experience, can contact Rob Theisen at robpatty@charter.net by Sunday, Oct. 30.

All applicants will be reviewed, and assigned to the age divisions by the end of November. Once managers are determined, coaches and assistant coaches will be selected.

Official tryouts for Cal Ripken (8u-12u) will be held in April. Babe Ruth participants will have tryouts after the high school season ends.

Cal Ripken coaching certification is required and must be completed through an easy on-line process prior to the April tryouts. In addition, JYBSA requires background checks for all coaches and managers.
