-- A 15-YEAR-OLD JANESVILLE BOY, referred to juvenile authorities at 6:31 p.m. Monday on charges of burglary and theft after a resident in the 500 block of South Randall Avenue, Janesville, reported a burglary in progress in the resident's garage. Taken were two disposable lighters, a knife, electrical tape, a flashlight and loose change.

-- MARK A. FARMER, 33, Roscoe, Ill., with felony possession of marijuana. A deputy arrested Farmer on Friday after the deputy found him sleeping in his car in a parking lot at 6531 S. Highway 51 in the town of Rock.
-- EARL D. SHEDA, 33, of 113 E. Main St., No. 2, Evansville, with substantial battery. He is accused of assaulting a friend Thursday at home. The friend was hospitalized.

-- BURGLARY, THEFT reported at 7:45 a.m., Sunday at Certified Parts Corp., 300 N. River St., Janesville. A window was broken. Reported taken were $120 in currency and wine valued at $15.
-- LITTERING reported at 8:45 a.m. Nov. 26. Seven untagged deer carcasses were found in a ditch on South Smythe School Road at Beloit-Newark Road in the town of Newark. The highway department was called to remove the carcasses.
-- BURGLARY reported at 10:20 a.m. Nov. 26 in the 17000 block of West Holt Road in the town of Union. A pole barn was entered. Tools and a toolbox valued at $300 were taken.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 213 SOUTH OF ORFORDVILLE-HANOVER ROAD in the town of Plymouth at 4:30 p.m. Friday. A vehicle driven by Bruce C. Mayer, 59, Machesney Park, Ill., left the road and came to rest in a ditch. Mayer was transported to Mercy Hospital and Trauma Center, Janesville, where he was in good condition.
-- NOSS ROAD EAST OF BAKKE ROAD in the town of Rock at 4:34 p.m. Nov. 27. A vehicle driven by Russell J. McNeil, 23, 5037 S. Johnson Road, Beloit, left the road and struck a tree. McNeil was transported to a local hospital where his condition was unavailable. McNeil was ticketed for operating while intoxicated, speeding, operating without valid insurance and a safety belt violation.
-- HIGHWAY 14 WEST OF BURDICK ROAD in the town of Janesville at 8:31 p.m., Friday, Nov. 23. A vehicle driven by Raine F. Kundert, 25, 4646 Fellows Road, Evansville, struck the rear of a turning vehicle operated by Corey R. Hackett, 34, 1431 Garfield Ave., Beloit. Kundert was treated and released at St. Mary's Janesville Hospital. She was ticketed for inattentive driving. Hackett was ticketed for not stopping at the immediate scene of the accident and for operating a vehicle without valid insurance.
-- HIGHWAY 81 WEST OF MILL POND ROAD in the town of Newark at 11:53 a.m., Thursday, Nov. 22. A vehicle driven by David A. Sigafus, 56, Sterling, Ill., left the road, struck a culvert and overturned. Sigafus was transported to a local hospital where his condition was unavailable.
