Intoxicated driving arrests
-- RUBEN C. OLVERA, 55, of 1407 Owl Lane, Janesville, at 9:01 p.m. Dec. 3 at 526 Main St., Janesville. The arrest was listed as Olvera's third on an intoxicated driving charge. He also was arrested on suspicion of resisting.
-- MEAGAN L. THURMAN, 31, of 912 Suffolk Drive, Janesville, at 2:51 a.m. Dec. 2 at Milwaukee Street and Pontiac Drive in Janesville. An officer pulled her over when he saw her strike a curb while speeding on Milwaukee Street.
-- JASON J. MANOGUE, 37, of 113 Clear Lake Avenue, Milton, at 1:45 a.m. Dec. 3 at Delavan and Todd drives in Janesville. The arrest was listed as Manogue's second on an intoxicated-driving charge.
-- BLAKE M. CASWELL, 30, 705 Kellogg Ave., No. 8, Janesville, at 7:30 p.m. Sunday at the Janesville Police Department, 100 N. Jackson St., Janesville. Caswell was taken into custody after a crash at Blackbridge Road and North Randall Avenue, Janesville. He was also cited for operating while revoked for alcohol restrictions. It was reportedly his second offense.
-- ROBERT J. MASECH, Sr., 56, 410 N. Highway 51, Poynette, at 9:05 p.m. Sunday at Milton Avenue and Matheson Street, Janesville.
Accidents
-- HIGHWAY 59 AND GOEDE ROAD in the town of Fulton at 12:46 p.m. Dec. 2. Mohamed M. Alimici, 28, Columbia Heights, Minn., was driving west on Highway 59 and was in the left-turn lane to turn west onto Interstate 90/39. Garry B. Beals, 63, of W9420 Highway 59, Whitewater, was driving east on Highway 59. He drove through the intersection, and the cars collided in the intersection. A passenger in Alimici's car, Abdi A. Alimici, 54, Owatonna Minn., and a passenger in Beals' car, Lesle C. Beals, 58, of W9420 Highway 59, Whitewater, were transported to local hospitals with injuries, but their conditions were not available. Mohamed Alimici was ticketed for failure to obey a green traffic light.
Charged
-- MARCUS A. HILL, 17, of 468 N. Walnut St., Janesville, with theft of a firearm and possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor. Hill is accused of taking two Glock handguns on Oct. 31 from a vehicle in the 1600 block of Mayfair Drive, Janesville. Police found pictures of Hill and his girlfriend posed with the weapons on the 19-year-old woman's cellphone. She was previously arrested.
